Overview
HueSpot AR ("com.zcode.huespot") is developed by Zcode. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
An offline live-camera colour identifier that names the colour under an on-screen reticle, shows its HEX and RGB values, and lets you save and export palette swatches.

Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect contact information, location, health data, financial information, or user content.
- Camera frames are processed entirely on-device to identify the colour under the reticle. They are never recorded, saved to your photo library, or uploaded to any server.
- Your saved swatches and palettes are stored locally on your device. No account is required.
- This app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs and makes no network requests.
Tracking
We do not use any data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs.
Third-Party Services
We use Apple's StoreKit 2 for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive purchase confirmation but do not store your payment information.
Data Retention
Attribution data is retained for analytics purposes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@zcode.ltd.
Children's Privacy
Our app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
