Overview

VoiceCook: Hands-free Recipes ("com.zcode.voicecook") is developed by Zcode. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

A hands-free cooking companion that imports a recipe from a photo, parses it into steps with the on-device Apple Foundation Models, then reads the steps aloud and runs per-step timers so you never touch the screen with dirty hands.

Data We Collect

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect contact information, location, health data, financial information, or user content.
• Photo library access is used only to let you pick a recipe image. The image is read and parsed on-device and is never uploaded to any server.
• Your imported recipes and timers are stored locally on your device. No account is required.
• This app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs and makes no network requests.

Tracking

We do not use any data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs.

Third-Party Services

We use Apple's StoreKit 2 for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive purchase confirmation but do not store your payment information.

Recipe parsing uses the Apple Foundation Models framework, which runs the language model locally on your device. Your recipe photos and text are not sent to us, to Apple, or to any third-party AI provider, and recipe parsing works with no network connection.

Data Retention

Attribution data is retained for analytics purposes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@zcode.ltd.

Children's Privacy

Our app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
